Hello my lovely iStudio friends.
How are you?
I am feeling rather sentimental today...actually a little sad..
This image popped up in my flickr activity this morning....someone commented on it.
and my oh my ... I was washed with emotion.
I miss my sweet Andy so much...
This photo captured our bond... as he walked along beside 'Daddy'...
he had to turn around to see where Mommy was...
His eyes rarely left me.
Andy so loved our photo excursions.
No matter how hard it was to climb through the snow... He was up for it!! Giving it his all!

I miss you sweet boy!
.....
I believe this may be my favourite photo of all time!
A moment captured.....so simple...so perfect...
I'd love for you to share a link to yours in the comments below.

What a beautiful moment captured. Glad you have such wonderful memories of what was obviously a dear friend. Big hug.
Dear Kim, this post just pulls on my heart strings! I can totally see Andy looking back at his Mommy...love in his eyes. Thinking of you, warm & happy wishes to you my friend!
Kim, This is such a moving photo - the love, the longing, the friendship of a sweet dog! Such cherished memories. I can totally relate, having lost our "Doodle" in December. We are fortunate to have experienced their loyalty and sweetness. A gift. A blessing.
Oh, Kim, such a sweet photo. I so get what you are saying, I still miss Coby and it has been almost four years. It is so nice to have these photos to look back on...
That picture brings tears to my eyes. I have to show you a picture that is similar to that of my sweet Claudia and my husband Jay on a walk. I miss her so much too. I don't have it up on flicker so I'll email it to you.
Thanks for sharing this...
Ohhh dear. that just brings tears to my eyes. I love that caring look that we see so often from our furry friends. I can predict within seconds when my two pups will come looking for me when I step into another room. We lost our rottie Zack almost a year ago today, and I miss his gentle, calm presence.
will send you a link -- it wouldn't allow it in this comment box.
What a powerful image. My dog passed away last February (I've been reflecting on her a lot). She had a long battle with cancer. I was so fortunate to capture such a special moment between her and my youngest son. It speaks volumes of her important role in our family. People who don't care for pets/dogs just don't understand the void that is left when their our furry friends leave us.

Hi I have just found this blog site and are really enjoying it.
This is a very clever and powerful photo in so many ways. Not only because I love my dog:-).
Great composition and styling,
Regards KAT
