Practicing Positivity

Some days I have to stop and ask myself what it is that I'm REALLY practicing. In the midst of all of the long lists..and over-thinking..and second-guessing. What am I doing..and why? And - tho is that I'm doing this for? And - where is this leading? And -d o I really need to have the answers to these questions right here and right now?

With practice we become practiced. Strong and proficient and even 'good' at what it is that we are practicing. If all I'm doing is questioning myself..then the practice I am practicing is one of self-doubt.

Our thoughts are powerful. Our words - sometimes more powerful than that. My thoughts. My words.

I invite you - today - to join me in a different practice. One - in which we turn all of the questions into statements. Ones of self-assurance and belief. Just feel. Just do. Just be. Just for one day.

Simply surrender into the practice of knowing that whatever it is you are doing..whoever it is you are doing it for..and wherever it is that it might be leaving - is perfectly okay.

Will you join me in that? Here? Today?

Yes, me too, I needed this right now.
This line made me stop short: "If all I'm doing is questioning myself..then the practice I am practicing is one of self-doubt."
Yup, it's time to put an end to that!
Thanks for this.
